An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused team in Vernon, Connecticut. Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
