Appointment Setter

Overview As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through door-to-door lead generation. Your goal is to engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. This is a high-energy, independent role where persistence and resilience lead to success. Earn More: Base-pay PLUS uncapped commission potentially $17/hr. - $55/hr. Responsibilities Actively canvassing neighborhoods and communities to identify and educate potential customers on window and door replacement services. Initiating conversations with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services, and building rapport with potential customers. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Renewal by Andersen's window and door products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers. Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners. Implementing effective follow-up strategies to nurture potential leads and maintain ongoing communication with homeowners who may not be ready to commit immediately. Developing familiarity with the geographical area and local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented Ability to work independently Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment Basic Math aptitude (subtraction and addition) Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Proven ability to execute multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines A strong work ethic coupled with the desire to do the right thing The drive to hear coaching, keep improving, and consistently achieve goals A warm communication style and willingness to serve our customers Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow A positive attitude and boundless energy Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel Ground force and Enabled software skills are preferable Accountable for individual results and KPI’s Ability to influence and persuade potential customer to sign up for sales appointments Physical Demands Walking and standing for up to 8 hours per day up to 5-7 miles or more Outdoor Exposure at all temperatures and including inclement weather Carrying Marketing Materials and iPads up-to 10lbs Communication Navigating Neighborhoods Physical Stamina Use of Tablets or Devices Door-to-Door Walking Professional Appearance Travel Work Environment Residential Areas: Door knockers primarily work in residential neighborhoods, going door-to-door to engage with homeowners. Outdoor Settings: Much of the work is conducted outdoors, involving walking through neighborhoods, and approaching residences. Homeowner Interactions: The main work environment involves direct interactions with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services. Collaboration with Sales Team: Door knockers often collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with generated leads and facilitating the transition from lead generation to the sales process. Technology Use: Utilizing electronic devices, such as tablets or smartphones, for lead tracking, accessing customer information, and inputting data. Dynamic and Fast-Paced: The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and the ability to engage with homeowners on a spontaneous basis. Goal-Oriented Atmosphere: Operating in a goal-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving set targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
