Role Snapshot Title: Business Analyst, Treasury Systems Location: 4 days on site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3+ Years About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a leading global organization seeking a Business Analyst, Treasury Systems to join its Corporate Treasury team. This role serves as a key liaison between Treasury and Technology, supporting treasury operations, capital markets activities, cash management processes, and treasury system enhancements. The ideal candidate will help translate business needs into technical solutions while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. This opportunity offers exposure to global treasury operations, debt portfolio management, financial systems, and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Banking Partners, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with Treasury and Technology teams to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and system requirements Support treasury technology initiatives, including system enhancements, upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements Maintain debt and derivative portfolio documentation, trackers, process maps, and reporting tools Provide analytical support for capital markets transactions and treasury-related projects Assist with wire transfer documentation, supplier setup, and payment processing procedures Support debt portfolio administration and treasury transaction reporting activitiesCoordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and compliance-related documentation Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to optimize treasury operations Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, efficiencies, and process improvement opportunities Support strategic treasury initiatives and special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related financial environment Working knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, debt capital markets, and financial systems Experience supporting debt portfolios, wire processing, payment operations, or treasury-related activities Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong technical aptitude Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience participating in technology implementations, system enhancements, or process automation initiatives is preferred What Will Make Someone Successful Ability to translate complex treasury business requirements into practical technology solutions Strong attention to detail when managing financial transactions, debt portfolios, and treasury data Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies Comfort working across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, IT, and external banking partners Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze financial information and make actionable recommendations Equal Opportunity Employer TalentoHC and our client are equal opportunity employers and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
