Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on customer interaction, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance. Responsibilities Communicate and service existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and coverage changes. Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives. Own licensed service execution. 48-hour Service Level Agreement Need-based product identification and household expansion. Qualifications Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License in state of residence Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and listening skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience. Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred. Property & Casualty only = $37,000 base Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base Salary Property & Casualty only = $37,000 base Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base Position also includes benefits package, including health and dental insurance contribution, PTO, and performance bonus.
