Data & Business Intelligence AnalystWe are looking for a Data & BI Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include leading data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Go-to-Market Operations, understanding the business, tracking data quality, providing insights and recommendations, supporting company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projects, establishing strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners, owning technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets, learning and implementing advanced analytics tools/AI for optimization, leading high-impact data cleanup efforts, and executing data updates directly in Client and related systems.Basic Qualifications include 2-4 years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analytics. Preferred Qualifications include a BS degree in a quantitative discipline, knowledge and experience of leveraging AI tools for Data/Insights research, familiarity with the advertising and media agency ecosystem, ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making, ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders, experience with manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data, experience creating and maintaining business-critical data warehouse tables using SQL, and experience with distributed data systems such as Hadoop and related technologies.Suggested Skills include data analytics, collaboration, and communication. eTeam
