Bilingual Mandarin CaregiverAlways Best Care Senior Services in Pleasanton, CA is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Mandarin Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to elderly clients in Fremont, including areas around Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, Newark, and Union City. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and can communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.Assist clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety and comfort.Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences.Remind medications and monitor client health conditions as directed.Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals in both Mandarin and English.Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.RequirementsBilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.Caregiver experience preferred but training is available.Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help seniors.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.HHA or CNA certification preferred.Negative TB test required.Ability to lift 40 plus pounds, kneel, squat, bent, and meet physical demands of the role.BenefitsCompetitive pay at $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.Shift differentials for approved assignments.Mileage reimbursement.Referral bonus.About the CompanyAlways Best Care Senior Services is a nationally recognized leader in senior care, committed to providing personalized and compassionate care solutions to help seniors live independently and comfortably.
