Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week Have good typing skills Must be a hard worker, self-starter Working on a degree in one of the following majors: Computer Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering Preferred: Some knowledge of computer hardware, including component installation and configuration Help desk or troubleshooting experience, either in a computer “lab” or office setting Experience in troubleshooting computer software and hardware At least a sophomore majoring in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems Environment: 700+ computers, Windows 8/10/11 Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) Microsoft Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 Server, Exchange 2016 Server, SQL Server 2016, IIS WAN over MPLS and cable, includes central campus and 8 outlying sites Essential Physical Demands: Vision – Position requires the ability to visually assess details at both near and far distances, as well as to perceive depth and spatial relationships with or without reasonable accommodations.
