Travel: McMinnville, Mt. Juliet, Watertown TN

We’re hiring a Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities across Middle Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required
- Tax credit or rural development experience a plus
- Willingness to travel between properties
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Entrata and social media experience preferred
- Able to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25lbs
- Ability to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease apartments and conduct tours
- Support multiple communities as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain leasing files and apartment readiness
- Assist with marketing and outreach
- Follow Fair Housing and safety regulations
