Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Finance to join Ashby Ponds , continuing care retirement community in Ashburn, VA, home to more than 2,000 residents. The Director of Finance serves as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders, providing financial insight that supports growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. How you will make an impact Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and efficient financial processes Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial results , identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment Identify and help mitigate business and enterprise risks Develop and implement policies and procedures that support effective financial operations Coach, develop, and mentor accounting staff , fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning Compensation: $135,000 -$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus This position is onsite full time and does not offer a hybrid schedule. It is located on a beautiful campus where you will have access to many of the dining venues and other amenities. What you will need Minimum of 7 years in a related/similar industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role. CPA is a plus Critical thinking ability required.
