We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial / Sanitation Specialist to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

As a Janitorial/Sanitation Specialist, your duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, dining areas, and public spaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
• Following cleaning schedules and safety procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Handling special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleaning or occasional requests from clients.
• Maintaining cleaning supplies and ensuring that equipment is well-kept.
• Disposing of trash and recycling in a responsible and eco-friendly manner.
• Communicating with management and clients regarding any issues or concerns.

Job Requirements:

• No previous cleaning experience required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not necessary.
• Physical stamina : Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 30 lbs .
• Must own a smartphone for clocking in and out.
• Reliability and attention to detail - we value employees who take pride in their work.
• A positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and management.

Especialista en Limpieza y Saneamiento

Horario: Pt-sábado y domingo, 4 horas por día, 8 horas totales.

Responsabilidades:

• Limpiar y desinfectar oficinas, baños, salas de descanso, comedores y espacios públicos.
• Seguir los horarios de limpieza y los procedimientos de seguridad.
• Gestionar proyectos de limpieza especiales según sea necesario.
• Mantener los suministros y el equipo.
• Desechar la basura y el material reciclable correctamente.
• Comunicarse con la gerencia y los clientes cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:

• No se requiere experiencia; ¡te capacitamos.
• Se prefiere diploma de preparatoria/GED, pero no es un requisito.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos periodos y levantar hasta 13.6 kg.
• Imprescindible tener un teléfono inteligente para registrar la entrada y la salida.
