Area Experience Leader - Multi-Office Champion

H&R Block in Tennessee is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistently excellent client experience. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office. As a hands-on, visible leader, you will balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, drive operational execution, staffing, facilities, and compliance, and build #J-18808-Ljbffr H&R Block
