Experienced and knowledgeable, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Broker will manage broking activities, develop client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Orchestrate new business placements, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage Develop and deliver presentations to secure new clients and enhance existing relationships Provide coverage and program design advice, conducting needs and gap analyses for program improvements Required qualifications 5-12 years of industry experience Insurance broker's P&C license required Strong group presentation skills with the ability to manage complex conversations Proven negotiation skills with clients and carriers Leadership skills with experience in directing and motivating others
