Business Litigation Attorney

Salary: $170,000 - $250,000 per year Remote or Hybrid Business Litigation Attorney We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our team. The role is permanent and can be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis. Job Details Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal articles. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform risk analysis and advise clients on potential legal issues. Provide guidance and counsel to clients on business litigation matters. Coordinate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient and effective case management. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation. Licensed to practice law in the state. Proven experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation. Solid understanding of corporate law. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
