Work Environment\nThis role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from your own location while still engaging with a dedicated team and clients. You will be equipped with the tools necessary for virtual counseling, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions, manage case documentation, and collaborate with your colleagues effectively. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Supervise clinical care for a diverse clientele, exhibiting proficiency in individual and group therapy. \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain detailed treatment logs to track patient progress. \n
- Administer care to a varied caseload, developing targeted therapeutic interventions to address complex psychological needs. \n
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess families and individuals, working collaboratively to devise and execute effective resolution plans. \n
- Provide personalized counseling sessions—individual, family, or conjoint therapy—tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. \n
- Assess the needs of patients within the primary care unit, creating and implementing actionable plans for psychological services and monitoring progress over time. \n
- Perform mental health evaluations, integrating findings into the comprehensive care structure. \n
- Document strategies, progress summaries, and necessary revisions while providing educational support to patients and families as needed. \n
You will work with a diverse population that encompasses a broad spectrum of psychological needs. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, as well as their families seeking support and guidance. The primary focus is to empower clients by providing them with effective therapeutic interventions that enhance their emotional resilience and coping strategies.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. \n
- Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in accordance with state regulations. \n
- Demonstrated clinical experience with at least two years in a mental health setting, providing direct patient care. \n
Preference will be given to candidates who have advanced degrees in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, as well as those who have experience working in outpatient settings. Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools is an advantage, as is experience in crisis intervention and family therapy. Strong communication and collaborative skills will enhance your effectiveness within our interdisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional financial incentives include a possible sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and performance bonuses of up to $2,000 based on state licensure. Our benefits package includes:
