What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and stage a variety of cancers using clinical assessments, imaging, and labs
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation
• Monitor patient progress and make treatment adjustments as needed
• Manage side effects and provide supportive care to improve patient quality of life
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and expectations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical trials and quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with oncology guidelines and advancements
• Mentor and guide junior staff in oncology practices

What You Need:

• Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Prior oncology experience preferred; relevant training or fellowship considered
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
