A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization in the Peoria area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations and support a strong culture of quality care, accountability, and resident-centered service.

What You'll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for daily facility operations

• Ensure quality resident care and services are consistently maintained

• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Monitor facility performance, quality measures, and key operational goals

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team

• Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance activities

• Develop and implement plans for continuous quality improvement

• Monitor budgets, expenses, census, and overall facility performance

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly

• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture throughout the organization

• Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the facility and surrounding community

What We're Looking For

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred

• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and regulations

• Proven leadership and team-building skills

• Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong financial and operational management abilities

• Ability to recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a strong leadership team

• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
