Take charge of job-site operations with precision, confidence, and clarity, managing crews and resolving issues in high-stakes environments. Review plans, maintain progress reports, and manage procurement with meticulous attention to detail, knowing that quality requires precision. Anticipate potential setbacks, adapt plans seamlessly, and find solutions that keep projects on time and on budget. Connect with others to build strong relationships with team members, owners’ representatives, and subcontractors, driving collaboration and results. Inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best, creating an environment of trust, high morale, and skilfulness. Leverage at least 5 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction, fluency in OSHA regulations, and expertise in interpreting construction drawings and reports. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the infrastructure that defines our communities, taking ownership from pre-construction to the final walk through. Working alongside some of the most skilled professionals in the industry, you’ll lead with confidence, making critical decisions in dynamic environments and driving progress on the ground.
