Home Health Occupational Therapist - Assess & Enable ADLs

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. The role requires current OT licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and the ability to operate in diverse home settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr UnitedHealth Group
