About the Opportunity Join a robust team of OBGYN physicians, Laborists, Midwives and Advanced Practice Providers Enjoy a balance of obstetrics and gynecology Clinic schedule: every other business day (approx. 11 days/month) Five days of on‑call per month (24‑hour shifts) with a recovery day following call Midwives available 12 hours per day Average of 2,000 deliveries per year; supported by a level III NICU Competitive straight salary model plus recruitment incentives Excellent benefits package, including Malpractice & Tail coverage 5% employer contribution to 401(k) retirement plan Relocation – two options to choose from $4,500 for CME Job Duties The role includes standard OBGYN clinical responsibilities within the team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes‑Barre, Pennsylvania. Opportunities for obstetrics laborist positions are available upon request through the Geisinger Career Website. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) – required.
