A leading manufacturer and importer of Consumer Goods with unrivalled product that can be found on retailer shelves throughout North America as well as select ecommerce and social platforms.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations. The Bookkeeper will ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts and the general ledger, prepare regular financial reports, and assist with month-end close and audit preparation. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping and accounting skills who is comfortable working with accounting software and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

This is a full-time salaried position based in our Westchester, NY corporate office . THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION – NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ARE NOT SEEKING ANGECIES OR CONSULTANTS TO HELP FILL THIS ROLE.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage timely payments to vendors and partners while overseeing collections and billing for corporate events and school buyouts.
• Payroll Management: Process - weekly payroll for a diverse team of hourly and salaried staff ensuring compliance with NYC labor regulations.
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure data integrity and identify any discrepancies.
• Revenue Tracking: Generate detailed reports tracking specific revenue categories
• Royalty Reporting to our Licensor Partners
• Sales Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file necessary sales tax returns and assist with year-end tax preparation and financial audits.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for review by ownership.

** Qualifications ** :

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a small-to-medium business environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles, including general ledger management.
• Proven experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 100) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with Licensors and creating/filing Royalty Reports is a plus
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
• Bi-Lingual – Spanish/English
