Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing blood and marrow transplantation and oncology treatments.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular therapies including stem cells transplants and CAR-T.
• Float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units as required by facility needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR system.
• Adhere to facility protocols and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families on treatment plans and post-transplant care.

Qualifications

• Current AHA BLS certification and CO or Compact RN License required.
• 2 years of acute care experience in BMT/Heme with chemotherapy administration required.
• First-time travelers accepted with required experience.
• ONC certification required.
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed based on facility requirements.
• Proficiency in using Epic for patient record management.
