Qualification: Professional Certifications (CA/ACCA) Preferred Experience: 4 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting Contract of Employment: Full-time Job Location: Head Office, Jawalakhel Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISP financial operations (imports, vendor billing, bandwidth purchase, licensing). Sound knowledge of Nepal taxation laws and telecom/ISP regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP systems. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost, and variance analysis. Ability to coordinate effectively with technical, sales, and operations teams. Leadership and team management skills. High integrity, accountability, and professional ethics. Analytical and detail-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports. Maintain import-based accounting for equipment, bandwidth, and related costs. Prepare cost sheets for imported IT/telecom equipment. Ensure compliance with taxation requirements (VAT, TDS, telecom/ISP-related taxes). Supervise and guide junior finance staff. Liaise with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational activities. Maintain up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance against projections. Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide corrective recommendations. Perform branch-wise cost, revenue, and profitability analysis. Ensure timely reporting to management, auditors, and regulatory authorities (e.g., NTA, IRD). #J-18808-Ljbffr Vianet Communication Ltd.
