Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to pediatric clients (with potential expansion to adult populations)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers
• Deliver in-clinic services in a warm, child-friendly environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of all client records

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Georgia
• Passed or eligible to sit for the NBCOT certification exam
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience or coursework preferred, but passion for working with children is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and caregivers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a growing practice environment
• Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care
