Frontier / VZ Outside Sales Team Lead - Marion, OH

Synergy Sales Co. is experiencing massive growth in fiber expansion. We’re seeking dynamic and driven Team Leads to spearhead our residential direct-to-door (D2D) campaigns, drive adoption of cutting-edge fiber optic broadband, and tap into an expanded portfolio of mobile services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on Frontier and Verizon products and services

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts

• Manage key client relationships through proactive communication, negotiation, and account management practices

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical teams, and executive leadership to optimize sales processes and new hire experience

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives to foster continuous improvement

• Proven experience in sales.
