Work Setting: Field-based, face-to-face, Business-to-Business (B2B) territory management. No door-to-door or retail in-store sales required.

MCL Talent Partners is searching for a dependable, hard-working professional in the greater Omaha area who is ready to step out of manual labor, exhausting shift work, or dead-end retail roles and onto a clear B2B sales and leadership track.
Our partner firm operates on a strict policy of 100% internal promotion. They don't bring in outside managers or put leaders in charge of crews they've never run themselves. Because of this, every single leader inside the organization starts in the exact same spot: learning the sales and operations from the ground up before earning the right to manage a team.

You will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one mentor who will teach you every phase of our community-based operation—absolutely zero prior office or corporate sales experience is required.
Your Hands-On Sales Operations Training Routine
Meet with business owners and working professionals in person to assess their team's needs.
Deliver straightforward, simple presentations to explain available supplemental employee benefit programs and options.
Act as a reliable, familiar point of contact to support and maintain accounts over the long term.
Organize and take ownership of your own daily schedule of appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
What We Look For
Prior experience as a shift supervisor, warehouse lead, crew foreman, restaurant captain, or assistant manager is highly valued.
A strong, reliable work ethic with a genuine desire to learn a brand-new professional skill set.
Clear, honest communication skills and a comfortable presence when talking to new people.
A coachable mindset—someone who can take a proven playbook, listen to feedback, and execute daily.
Comfortable working and developing leadership skills within a 100% performance-based commission structure.
A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to complete the standard state professional licensing process (comprehensive assistance and support provided).
