If that's you, come join us.Winning as an Underdog is more fun.About the RoleThis is more than a Project Manager — you'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving creative team, owning everything from complex, multi-channel campaign productions and video shoots to quick-turn one-off assets. You'll also have a unique opportunity to shape how the team integrates AI tools into everyday workflows, from briefing and scheduling to copy generation and creative feedback.Own end-to-end project management for complex, integrated campaigns and video productions, tracking briefs, timelines, reviews, and final delivery across multiple stakeholdersSimultaneously manage a high volume of smaller one-off creative requests (static, video, animation), keeping all projects moving without letting anything fall through the cracksMaintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for all active projects, timelines, and team capacity, own the daily hotsheet so priorities and deadlines are always clearLead weekly creative status meetings with team leads to ensure alignment, surface blockers early, and drive accountabilityBuild and maintain a live resourcing model that maps team bandwidth to project load, flag gaps, overages, and risks before they become problemsProactively identify and implement AI tools and workflow improvements that help the team work faster, smarter, and more consistentlyUse AI tools to draft copy, give structured feedback on creative writing, and help the team iterate faster on messagingWho You AreA project management pro who thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments, equally comfortable managing a six-week video campaign and a same-week static assetYou understand production workflows deeply, what it actually takes to run a video shoot, manage post-production, and hit a delivery dateHighly organized but flexible, you know when to hold the line on process and when to adapt without losing momentumGenuinely excited about AI, you're already using it to work smarter and you want to help an entire team do the sameComfortable using AI to draft and refine copy, and able to give clear, constructive feedback on creative writingA strong communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned, surfaces issues early, and comes to the table with solutions, not just problemsDetail-obsessed but not a bottleneck, you move fast, bring others with you, and make the work feel easier for the whole teamEven Better If You HaveExperience in a sports, entertainment, or gaming environmentHands-on experience managing video productions, including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and post-production timelinesFamiliarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, especially for copy drafting, creative feedback, or workflow automationBackground in a creative or production agency where juggling multiple project types simultaneously is the normExperience building or optimizing creative operations workflows from scratchOur target starting base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $140,000, plus target equity.
