Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience managing network delivery or critical capacity for Machine Learning (ML) product portfolios or global infrastructure platforms. Experience with data center networking, data center infrastructure, or New Product Introduction (NPI).

Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with large-scale data center operations or co-location. Experience in supply chain and logistics. Experience in data analytics.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Critical Capacity and Machine Learning (ML) Portfolio Technical Program Manager (TPM), you are the Program Owner for Network Delivery Execution for a specific ML Product portfolio. You are directly accountable for translating strategic capacity plans of records into timely, measurable, and reliable network deployments. This role requires an extreme ownership mindset, prioritizing business outcomes over team boundaries and navigating the ambiguity of high-velocity New Product Introductions (NPIs).
