We are in need of a female caregiver for a female client. The role requires someone with a car who is comfortable driving to appointments, grocery shopping, and assisting with tasks around the home. The client is currently in the South Shore area, but is planning to move to a place Northside near Sheridan and Montrose. Preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM.

Position Summary

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment — all while working under nurse-led oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.)
- Assist with medication reminders and mobility support
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
- Follow client care plans and uphold agency policies and professional standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (Home Care, CNA, or related field preferred)
- Valid ID and ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Compassionate, honest, and dependable personality
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
