The Position Parent & Child at the Heart As HR Operations Specialist (3‑Month Contract) , you will support key HR initiatives across the U.S. and Canada during a period of transformation, helping strengthen the employee experience and HR foundations. Based in Stamford, CT | United States | Hybrid Agility, Speed & Execution This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership, quickly assess priorities, and drive execution in a fast‑paced, international environment. Main Responsibilities Support HR and benefits platform transition, including PEO implementation and optimization. Review and standardize HR policies, procedures, and employment practices across North America. Partner with leaders to develop and align job descriptions with organizational and workforce planning needs. Manage relationships with external HR providers and ensure smooth operational delivery. Experience & Skills 3–6+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles. Strong knowledge of U.S. HR practices; Canada exposure is a plus. Experience with benefits administration, PEOs, EORs, or HR vendors. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
