Hospice Volunteer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The volunteer provides patient care and support services according to his/her experience and training and in compliance with hospice policies. We have patients in facilities throughout the Milwaukee/Waukesha/Racine and Walworth County area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Mature individual, supportive of the hospice concept.
2. Is willing to serve others in volunteer capacity.
3. Previous volunteer experience may be helpful.
4. Ability to work within and interdisciplinary team.
5. Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state law and maintained in good working order.
