Wage: $16.18 - $18.83+/hour BOE

Mount Carmel Bluffs is seeking a part-time Server (6:30A - 2:30P) to join our team. Mount Carmel Bluffs is a shared ministry of the Sisters of Charity, BVM and Presbyterian Homes & Services. This new senior community is in a beautiful and serene location atop the bluffs of Dubuque, Iowa, overlooking the Mississippi River.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
