Accountant / Bookkeeper

Join Our Team! XS Consulting and West Central Indexing are sister companies seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Payroll Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations while working alongside a team that values integrity, flexibility, and teamwork. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Order and receive hardware / software for customers Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and changes Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly Maintain employee files and company financial records Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and customers Assist with general office administration and special projects as needed Qualifications Associates degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Experience with bookkeeping and payroll processing preferred Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Apply Today If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organized, values accuracy, and wants to be part of a flexible and family-orientated company, we'd love to hear from you.
