Baptist AgeWell Center for Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Physician to join our growing senior-focused primary care team in Clay County, Florida . Position Highlights\n

• Full-time, outpatient senior primary care practice
\n
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
\n
• Minimal call responsibilities
\n
• Lead a collaborative care team alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers
\n
• Epic EMR
\n
• Physician-led, locally governed organization that values physician autonomy

Qualifications\n

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\n
• Active or eligible Florida medical license
\n
• Passion for senior care and population health
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, or related practice with senior patients
\n
• Geriatrics experience preferred
\n
