Location: 174 Route 202, Flemington, NJ, 08822, United States Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour Job Category: Customer Service Relocation Expense Covered: No Employee Type: Regular (Full Time) Required Degree: High school Manage Others: No Parts Counterperson Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner. Mirror match parts for the assistance of technicians. Cost parts on invoice. Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure that parts requests are met. Stock incoming product and track inventory. Handle some retail customers at our parts counter. Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. At least 1 year of parts counter experience preferred. Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner. Automotive knowledge will be a plus.
