We're looking for a Child Care Attendant (CCA) who is passionate about working with children, brings positive energy to every interaction, and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for families. The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness. Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to. Compensation: Base rate of $15.16 per hour Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday KidCare perk: Your children can attend KidCare for free while you work Wellness is a priority! What we're looking for: Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments preferred Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families What does success look like?
