Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a main OR environment supporting General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal surgical specialties
• Both Circulator and Scrub roles are required — candidates must have experience in both capacities
• Operate within a 16-room OR with an average daily census of 35 patients, serving an adult to geriatric population
• Utilize facility systems including Epic, Pyxis, and two Da Vinci XI robotic surgical systems
• Fulfill call requirements, including approximately 7–8 call shifts per 8-week schedule (C1: 7 PM–7 AM or C2: 7 AM–7 PM), plus 2–3 weekday night call shifts per 8-week period
• Work 2–3 weekends per 8-week schedule (in-house or on call) and fulfill holiday obligations per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience in both Circulating and Scrubbing is required — this is a hard stop requirement
• All requested time off (maximum 7 days per contract) must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or on-site

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, particularly Da Vinci XI systems
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Neuro, Spine, Ortho, or Vascular
