This role focuses on identifyingopportunities for automation and supporting the development of workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and related automation technologies. The Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, document workflows, and assist in developing technology-driven solutions that streamline internal operations. This internship provides hands‑on experience in process improvement, automation tools, and business workflow design. Work with internal teams to identify and document business processes that require automation Assist in designing workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency Support development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps or similar tools Document process requirements and workflow diagrams Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders Help test and refine automation tools and workflow designs Assist with documenting and improving internal operational procedures Required Qualifications: Required Experience/Skills: Strong interest in technology, process improvement, and automation Ability to analyze requirements and document workflows Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Interest or exposure to Microsoft Power Apps, workflow tools, or low‑code platforms is preferred During the internship, the candidate will: Gain experience working with workflow automation tools and low‑code platforms Learn how to translate business requirements into technical workflow designs Work alongside experienced professionals to improve corporate operational processes Develop practical skills in process documentation, automation design, and system implementation Expected Outcomes: By the end of the internship, the candidate will: Help design and document automated workflows for key internal processes Contribute to the development or improvement of Power Apps‑based solutions Improve internal operational efficiency through process automation initiatives Successful interns may transition into future roles such as: Business Systems Analyst Automation Engineer Process Improvement Analyst These roles support automation, internal systems development, and operational efficiency initiatives across Alpha Omega.
