People-First Floor Manager - Fast-Casual Leadership

We are looking for an Assistant Floor Manager to join our team of friendly restaurant professionals. We are a growing,casual restaurant brand with a scratch menu and a solid reputation for serving fantastic food in an inviting atmosphere. The right leader willneed to communicate effectively and motivate others while ensuring our guests receive impeccable service. You will also believe people are important and will be an essential factor in all areas of this career. Assistant Floor Manager Requirements: 2 years+ of fast-casual/casualmanagement experience $3M+ in restaurant sales volume experience No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years Benefits & Compensation Details for an Assistant Floor Manager: Full benefits package for all managers Above-average industry salary levels, ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 Robust culture and positive working environment If you are the leader described above and are someone who values the efforts of your team, then we want to speak with you.
