Full Time Occupational Therapist Territory: San Mateo County with multiple small coverage areas available Schedule Requirement: (To be specified) What you’ll do as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health: Provide skilled services to evaluate and address needs of individuals in their homes, enabling them to live safely and productively. Assess home safety, medication management, wheelchair seating and positioning, pain management, falls prevention, and chronic disease and dementia care. Train and support family caregivers. Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary care team.
