If you have three or more years of childcare experience, reliable transportation, and flexible availability from 1 pm to 8 pm on weekdays, we want to hear from you. You’ll start your day with school pickups, followed by homework help, activity transportation, and evening routines. Enjoy the flexibility of 10-24-hour work weeks, real-time support, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring children's safety and well-being. Proven track record of fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both children and parents. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for school pickups and activity transport. Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings, adapting to family schedules. Ability to prepare nutritious snacks and meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
