What Youll Do In this role, youll act as a critical link between our team and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring cases are accurate, up to date, and progressing efficiently. Key responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA Track and verify claim statuses Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence Maintain accurate and organized case documentation Support administrative and case management tasks as needed What Were Looking For Were seeking motivated individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
