The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. How you will contribute:You will monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification trainingYou will review Quality Control RecordsYou will coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring processYou will manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and proceduresYou will consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concernsYou will counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvementWhat you bring to Takeda:High School Diploma or equivalentCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certificationFrequent bending and reaching. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives.
