High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of banquet or event setup experience preferred Strong customer service and teamwork skills Ability to lift (up to) 50 lbs and move equipment throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, and working long hours Availability to work weekends and holidays Positive attitude, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong focus on cleanliness and safety Key Responsibilities: Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, buffets, dance floors, and staging per floor plans Arrange and move furniture, AV equipment, podiums, and event materials Assist with decor setup alongside event coordinators and clients Break down events, clean and reset rooms to standard conditions Support service teams with beverage stations, water service, and restocking supplies Maintain the cleanliness of event areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, and equipment storage Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies Provide friendly, professional service during all events Why This Role?
