Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Flexible Schedule | Charlotte, NC
Yes ABA Therapy | $90–$120/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time

Home, daycare, and school-based services for children with autism in Charlotte, NC.

Mix home, daycare, and school settings to fit your week
Pay
$90–$120 per billable hour. The more you take on, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Supervise and support assigned RBTs
Collaborate with parents, daycare staff, and school teams to ensure consistent care
Support You’ll Have
A supportive Clinical Director
Dedicated back-office staff for scheduling, intake, and authorizations
What You Bring
Active BCBA or QBA certification (state licensure where required)
Experience working with children with ASD
Comfort working independently in homes, daycares, and schools
Spanish speaking a plus!
