Job Title: Full-Time Dispatcher/Customer Service

Company: Phillip's Towing Service, Inc.

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours a week)

Working Hours: Weekdays from 8 AM - 5 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM and Weekends 7 AM - 7PM (every other weekend)

Job Description:

Phillip's Towing Service Company is actively seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a member of our dispatching unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing towing and recovery operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage incoming calls and dispatch towing services promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests and dispatch activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize dispatch software to track and monitor service operations.
• Handle emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in towing or emergency services (911).
• Must be able to multi-task and be organized.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in typing and computer usage.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
