Ultrasound Technologist

MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our growing team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will bring experience in performing a range of ultrasound procedures while prioritizing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and vascular studies.
Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and patient information.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to review findings and enhance patient care plans.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
Current Illinois state licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist.
Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in relevant specialties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
