About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of North America (NA) Sales to lead the end-to-end performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's go-to-market operations across the region. This executive will be responsible for defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy, driving operational effectiveness, and using data and intelligence to build global partnerships. The role requires a leader who can achieve sales objectives, become a trusted advisor, and effectively communicate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, be adept at both strategic and tactical operations, and possess extensive leadership and management skills. Candidates for the Senior Vice President of North America (NA) Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of sales team leadership and management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on complex, geographically dispersed, and performance-oriented sales organizations. The role demands a leader with a strong execution mindset, the ability to work with urgency and speed, and a proven record of success in holding teams accountable. Key responsibilities include maximizing team productivity, solidifying succession plans, and enhancing management capabilities.
