As a Home Visitation Manager, you will plan, develop, implement and supervise all aspects of daily operations. You will lead a team of Family Educators in the oversight of family development through goal setting, recruitment, parent participation, and overall parent satisfaction with the program.Our Company:Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We are nationally recognized by the US Department of Health and Human Services as an exemplary program. This Position:We are interested in a Home Visitation Manager with a High School Diploma/equivalent and three or more years' experience in a home visitation program. Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience are preferred.
