As the Head Fitness Coach , you play a key role in supporting the coaching team and helping maintain the high-energy, results-driven environment our members love.

We’re looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about creating an exceptional workout experience for both members and coaches.

As the Head Coach, you will serve as a studio leader , helping coordinate the coaching team, maintain class excellence, and support studio operations.

Responsibilities
Lead Exceptional Classes

• Deliver high-energy Orangetheory workouts while motivating members to reach their potential
• Ensure members are exercising safely with proper form and technique
• Demonstrate and guide the use of all studio equipment

Support the Coaching Team

• Assist with coordinating the coaching schedule
• Help ensure classes are properly staffed and support coverage when coaches are unavailable
• Serve as a resource for coaches and help maintain strong team communication

Studio Leadership

• Lead by example in delivering the Orangetheory experience
• Help maintain a positive, supportive coaching culture
• Support consistent workout delivery and coaching standards

Member Experience

• Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment
• Help members understand the science behind heart-rate based training and Orangetheory workouts

Requirements

• Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or other NCCA-accredited certification)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Group fitness or personal training experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire members in a group fitness setting
