Reliable Income: Earn an average gross of $1,200 $1,300 weekly.
Competitive Base: Start at $0.51 CPM with additional monthly performance bonuses.
Stop-Pay Incentive: Earn $15.00 for every stop on your dispatch route.
Work Ease: Protect your physical health with 100% No-Touch Reefer freight.

Work-Life Balance & Schedule

Predictable Home Time: Know exactly when you return. Reliable routing gets you home every two weeks.
Guaranteed Miles: Average 1,900 to 2,100 miles every week on favorable regional lanes.
Continuous Operations: Benefit from round-the-clock dispatch. Shifts include a mix of day and night driving, alongside weekend and holiday rotations.
Open to All Setup Types: We gladly accept both Solo drivers and established Driving Teams.

Hiring Criteria

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Welcoming both Trainee graduates looking for a start and experienced First Seat operators.
